Gestito da generazioni direttamente dai proprietari, la Famiglia Sangiorgi, che con la loro presenza garantiscono un piacevole soggiorno in un ambiente discreto, caldo e familiare. Il residence dispone di appartamenti “Suite” di diversa tipologia come monolocali, bilocali e trilocali in grado di ospitare da 2 a 7 persone. Gli appartamenti sono completamente attrezzati e dotati di angolo cottura climatizzazione, cassaforte, portone blindato, telefono diretto, TV-Sat., bagno con doccia e balconi con vista mare. Offriamo dotazioni e servizi comuni di: reception, bar, soggiorno, ascensore, piazzale esterno con sedie e tavoli per il relax, uso di biciclette. Presso la spiaggia convenzionata uso piscina, fitness-center, beachvolley, bocce, ping-pong, parco giochi attrezzato per bambini, giochi d'acqua e doccia calda.

Seit Generationen im Besitz und unter der Leitung der Familie Sangiorgi, garantiert es Ihnen einen behaglichen Aufenthalt in einer diskreten, warmen und anheimelnden Atmosphäre. Das Residence verfügt über unterschiedlich unterteilte Apartments oder „Suiten“ wie Einzimmer-, Zweizimmer- und Dreizimmer- Apartments, die 2 bis 7 Personen beherbergen können. Die Wohnungen sind komplett ausgestattet und verfügen über Kochnische, Klimaanlage, Safe, Sicherheits-Tür, Durchwahl - Telefon, TV-Sat., Bad mit Dusche und Balkon mit Meerblick. Die allgemeinen Dienstleistungen des Hauses sind: Rezeption, Bar, Aufenthaltsraum, Fahrstuhl, Platz im Freien mit Tischen und Stühlen zum Entspannen und Fahrräder zur freien Verfügung. Beim konventionierten Strandbad: Swimmingpool, Fitnesscenter, Beach-Volley, Boccia, Tischtennis, Kinderspielplatz, Wasserspiele und Duschen mit Warmwasser.

Situated in a privileged spot, 30 metres from the beach and only a short stroll from the centre of the town and its new pedestrian area. Next to a minimarket that offers a large choice of take-away food. The Residence has always been run by the Sangiorgi family, the owners, who personally take care of their guests and see that they spend a nice and comfortable holiday surrounded by sympathy and friendliness. There are different kinds of suites: bedsitter - two room flat - three room flat, that can accomodate from two to seven persons. The suites, completely furnished, are equipped with kitchenette air conditioning, safe, private telephone, TV SAT, bathroom with shower, blindaged door and balcony with sea-view. The reception and the lift are on the ground floor next to the lounge bar facing a large terrace with tables and chairs for relax. Bycicles are available for all clients. The agreement with the beach service on the area in front of the Residence includes free use of swimming pool, fitness center, beach volley, bowling, table tennis, children play-zone, water-plays and warm shower.

Une position privilégiée à 30 mètres de la plage et à quelques pas du nouveau centre de la ville avec zone piétonne, et a coté d'un minimarket offrant un bon choix de menus gastronomiques. Le « Residence » a toujours été conduit par la famille Sangiorgi, les propriétaires, qui offrent personellement à leurs clients un accueil chaloreux et un agréable séjour dans une atmosphère de discrétion soignée et amicale. Les suites sont à une chambre - deux chambres - trois chambres et permettent d'héberger de deux à sept personnes. Elles sont meublées, climatisées et pourvues de kitchenette, coffre-fort, téléphone privé, TV SAT, salle de bain avec douche, porte sécurisée et balcon vue sur mer. Au rez-de-chaussée se trouvent la réception, l'ascenseur et le salon du bar donnant sur une terrasse équipée de tables et chaises pour le relax en plein air. Des bicyclettes sont disponibles pour tous les clients. La plage conventionée comprend l'usage gratuit de piscine, fitness center, beach volley, bowling, tennis de table, jeux pour les enfants, jeux d'eau et douche chaude.
